Specific scope, deliverables and pricing for any engagement will be agreed separately with each client.
We treat client information as confidential and are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any account or data access is shared, as agreed on a per-engagement basis.
Fees, billing cycles and payment methods will be agreed with each client prior to the start of an engagement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TA Virtual Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the relevant service.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms agreed at the outset. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
